Expired Cards - The retailer does not exchange and expired card.
- A customer can obtain a replacement card by sending the expired card with a 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' Form to Telsra within 1 year of from the expiry date.
- Exchange forms should be available from the retailer.
- Customers can obtain 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' Form from retailers or by phoning FREECALL 1800 676 638*
- Telstra will not replace expired cards that are marked with the words "complimentary", "with compliments", "not for resale" (or similar words to this effect).

Faulty Cards
- The retailer does not exchange and expired card.
- The customer returns faulty cards directly to Telstra with a 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' form.
- Exchange forms should be available from the retailer.
- Telstra pays for the postage both ways; therefore there is no charge to the customer.
