  Expired Cards
  • The retailer does not exchange and expired card.
  • A customer can obtain a replacement card by sending the expired card with a 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' Form to Telsra within 1 year of from the expiry date.
  • Exchange forms should be available from the retailer.
  • Customers can obtain 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' Form from retailers or by phoning FREECALL 1800 676 638*
  • Telstra will not replace expired cards that are marked with the words "complimentary", "with compliments", "not for resale" (or similar words to this effect).
  Faulty Cards
  • The retailer does not exchange and expired card.
  • The customer returns faulty cards directly to Telstra with a 'Request for Exchange of a Phonecard' form.
  • Exchange forms should be available from the retailer.
  • Telstra pays for the postage both ways; therefore there is no charge to the customer.
